Refer An Individual

Criteria for Recipients

  1. Individual Diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
  2. Item (s)/Services will Benefit The Individuals Safety, Provide Sensory Support, or Create Fun!
  3. Item (s)/Services Are Not Covered By Insurance  and Would Provide Financial Hardship to Individual and/or Family.

Fine Print

  1. Referred Individuals Are Not Guaranteed a Wish.
  2. Wishes Will Be Reviewed and Answered on a Rolling Basis.
  3. All wishes are confidential.  Pictures/Identifying information will only be shared with the individuals/guardians permission.

Please include as much information as you are able.  We will call you to confirm information and ask any needed questions.  Individual and/or their Guardian will be contacted.
